Is it safe to buy land with you?

Yes, it's completely safe. We've sold dozens of properties with legal contracts and total transparency. Every sale is documented and recorded with the county to ensure full buyer protection.

What contract do you use?

We work with different types of contracts depending on the deal: Contract for Deed for financed sales, Quit Claim Deed for cash purchases and Title Company with warranty deed if requested. Everything is done with legal backing and official county registration.

Can I build on the land?

Yes! All our properties are zoned for building, but we recommend checking local zoning rules with the county or city to confirm the permitted uses.

How can I pay?

We accept credit card (4% fee), bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, check and cryptocurrency depending on the deal. We'll work with you to find the best option.

Do I need credit approval to finance?

No. Financing is done directly with GT Lands, no credit check and no bureaucracy. It's fast, simple and accessible.

Is the land in my name during the financing?

During financing, we use a legal agreement called a Contract for Deed. It secures your rights and grants you possession of the land, and the deed is transferred once the full payment is made.

Can I visit the land?

Absolutely! We can send you the exact location or schedule a visit. We also help you explore areas with great investment potential.

Are there any extra fees besides the land price?

We don't charge hidden fees. You only pay the land price, down payment and monthly installments if financed. Some legal fees like county recording may apply, and we'll always inform you in advance.

How long does it take to get the deed in my name after full payment?

Once paid in full, we start the transfer process. Depending on the county, it usually takes 7 to 21 business days to complete the official registration.

Can I resell the land in the future?

Yes, the land is yours! After full payment and registration, you can use, transfer or resell it freely. Many clients buy from us with the goal of resale or long-term investment.
